Magnesium is a mineral naturally present in whole grains, green vegetables, legumes and nuts.
In this food supplement, magnesium occurs in the form of citrate and is easily absorbed.

As a dietary supplement for adults, take 2 tablets a day, preferably with a meal, or as prescribed by a doctor or health care professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
