Cranberry is a source of vitamins, minerals and flavonoids. It is a berry from the same family as the blueberry, with antioxidant properties and which, among other benefits for human health, is traditionally used to fight urinary infections. This action has been scientifically proven, and it has been found that these berries have the ability to prevent bacteria from attaching themselves to the mucosal walls of the urinary tract, thus preventing the appearance of injuries.
